The Spicy Szechaun Sauce Chicken Wings are a must-try for wing enthusiasts—they pack a punch of heat, while the Lemon Grass Chicken Wings with Peanuts offer a delightful Thai twist that has left many customers like Jacqueline Telljohann declaring it as one of their top choices in the area. So much so that she couldn’t resist sipping on the irresistible sauce!

Customer testimonials reflect a wealth of positive experiences: Susie Q Wang describes it as a "hole in the wall gem" with out-of-this-world flavor, while Paul Stone praises the authentic Southeast Asian dishes that cater specifically to lovers of spice. Cindy Tran also shares her joy over trying the Squid Salad, appreciating its balance of tangy flavors paired with tender squid.

Because of the extensive menu—an almost overwhelming three-ring binder filled with enticing dishes—first-time visitors might find it daunting, but rest assured, the food is a delightful bargain that doesn't skimp on quality or taste. Whether you’re sharing a feast with family or snagging takeout for a cozy night in, Woody’s promises to deliver a culinary experience that feels both comforting and adventurous.

Overall, if you're in the mood for a vibrant dining experience that combines the best of Southeast Asian cuisine with a dash of charm, Woody's Wings N Things is the place to be. The food, coupled with friendly service and reasonable prices, truly makes this restaurant a beloved local staple.

It’s a hole in the wall gem. Approved by my Laotian colleague and we were amazed. The papaya salad, the laab, pad sew and the fried fish with limes were so flavorful. Definitely visiting to try more dishes!

My husband and I got takeout and shared: - Lemongrass Chicken Wings w/Peanuts - Basil Duck Thai Style - Beef Fried Lort I really enjoyed everything we got. The wings were probably my favorite. The sauce was so good that I drank the rest of it. The lort was a type of noodle I've never had and I loved it. This is one of my favorite restaurants in the area now.

Upon arrival you are given a menu with no pricing in it.. and since they don’t come check on you until you are ready to order we pulled up their website for pricing. Thought how reasonable it was. Ordered a bunch of things we heard were good, more than we needed to order but just to try and have leftovers. Food was mostly just okay. Probably still one of the better Chinese in Denver area. Egg rolls were decent. Fried shrimp was decent. All 3 specialty wing flavors were just okay, wouldn’t order again. Beef and broccoli wasn’t very good. Pork fried rice was pretty good and the vegetable lo mein was also good. I would come back just for those two items. Bill came and was a lot more than expected. Asked and then was told the website is not accurate. Hands me an updated paper menu. Would have been nice to have that with the other menu before ordering.

I recently dined at Woody's and Things, and overall, it was a delightful experience. We tried a variety of dishes, and each had its own unique flavor that left us quite satisfied. We started with the **Squid Salad**, which was refreshingly light and had a nice balance of tanginess and spice. The squid was tender, and the fresh herbs added a vibrant touch to the dish. Next, we had the **Tofu Clay Pot**, which was a hearty and comforting choice. The tofu was perfectly cooked, with a nice crispy exterior and soft inside, soaking up the rich, savory broth beautifully. The **Fried Fish** was another standout. The fish was crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and seasoned just right. It paired well with the dipping sauce that came on the side. Finally, the **Seafood Tom Yum** was a fantastic finish. The broth was a perfect blend of spicy, sour, and savory, loaded with a generous amount of seafood. The flavors were authentic and bold, making it the highlight of our meal. The service was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was cozy and inviting. I would definitely recommend Woody's and Things for anyone looking to enjoy delicious Thai cuisine.

This is a very authentic southeast Asian restaurant. You can grab your average Chinese American food here and be safe or you can experience real food from other countries. This is where my wife, who is from Thailand, likes to go eat so she can get the ‘real’ deal. And if she asks for HOT and I mean HOTTT and spicy she can get it here. Nice people and good prices.

After eating at Woody’s, I really feel like I’ve been around the world. The menu is a three ring binder with so many options, but don’t be intimidated by all of the choices of the lack of prices. The food is a bargain. The flavors, textures, and colors of the food at this restaurant are incommensurable. Starting with the appetizers, the egg rolls had unique an unexpected flavors all tucked into a delicately fried crust. The fresh spring rolls are well-rolled and attractive. Go for the Hot and Sour soup if you want a little bit of tangy challenge, the same with the Cambodian soups, especially the tripe. The chicken and vegetables with spicy lemon grass was fresh and colorful, with a great coconut based sauce. The staff provides super friendly service and the dining room is very comfortable. You can feel free to linger over your meal because there’s no hurry. Thanks for a great lunch!

Atmosphere. Dated. Nice dated appearance I'd say. Looks back in time. Service, they cover the basic needs . Just gotta wave them down. I went 3 times and got their shrimp and lobster sauce lunch to start. Very very good Chinese they have. The lobster sauce I could tell is one of the best in this area if not the best. It was the right color and had everything in it. The rice was light yellow and usually in the Chinese world, the browner the fried rice the better but not here. This fried rice measures up in flavor. I got Cambodian spicy soup 2nd which I liked. It was different but it had a more sour taste. Out of the 3 things I got it was my least favorite but still good if you never tried it and gotta get it out of your system. Last but not least. Duck egg noodle soup. Besides when I had Nepalese noodles, this is one of the best Asian soups I've ever had. Many of them are good but this here is something you don't usually find and it had a wonderful flavor as well as the egg noodles.

This place is hilariously awesome! The name and décor give off an old-school saloon vibe, but in reality, it’s a family-owned Southeast Asian restaurant serving some of the most authentic and unique dishes in Denver. Every bite is a yummy surprise—you really can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. Speaking of the menu, it’s hilariously chaotic in the best way. It’s filled with pictures of an almost absurd variety of dishes, from wings and burgers (many aggressively crossed out with a big “NO”) to whole fried fish and hot pot. There are no prices or explanations, but you won’t find a selection like this anywhere else. The fried fish was a standout, and the beef waterfall salad was fantastic—unfortunately I forgot to snap a photo. The flavors for the prices are unbeatable. Definitely give this place a try!
